Cookie policy

1. What these technologies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage, session storage, IndexedDB and service-worker caches, also keep information on your device. This policy covers all of them. It explains what Genform sets, why, and how long it lasts. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.

2. Essential cookies and storage

These are needed to provide a feature you asked for, such as signing in, securing a login, completing a checkout or remembering that you accepted our terms. They do not need your consent, and the sites do not work properly without them.

Items that hold content you typed, such as saved profiles in Taghaus, stay on your device unless you save or share them.

3. Analytics cookies (optional)

On plakhaus.com, we use Google Analytics (Google LLC) to understand which pages are useful. It is off by default. It loads only after you choose “Accept analytics”, and it is never loaded on the signed-in Studio or the admin area.

If you reject analytics or later withdraw your choice, we stop Google Analytics and delete these cookies from your browser. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a rejection.

4. Usage measurement inside the tools

When you are signed in to a Genform tool, the service records usage events, such as logins, exports and an activity signal while an editor is open, as described in the Privacy policy. These events are sent to our own servers when you use the tool. They do not use cookies or an identifier stored on your device.

5. Third-party services

When you choose to continue to PayPal, Google or Etsy, you leave Genform and those services may set their own cookies under their own policies. Genform does not embed their scripts in our pages.

6. How to control them

7. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when we change the technologies we use. The date at the top shows the latest version. Questions: hello@gen-form.com.
